Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains the current website forms, retention defaults and request procedure. Last updated: September 7, 2026. The operator should review this notice when the website’s operating arrangements change.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Enzo Stretch Ceiling LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates, communicate with us, or request information about our stretch ceiling and lighting solutions.

This notice describes the handling of information; browsing the website is not treated as blanket consent to unrelated processing or marketing. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Newsletter registration is separate from submitting a project enquiry.

2. Information We Collect

The current contact form collects your name, email address and message. The newsletter form collects an email address. These forms do not accept file uploads or payments. Information you choose to send separately by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another platform is handled through that channel; please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

The website uses a short-lived rate-limit counter derived from the requester IP address to help limit repeated form submissions. Server logs and authenticated WordPress sessions may also contain technical information. This notice does not imply that advertising analytics, cross-site profiling or an external mailing service has been configured.

3. How We Use Information

Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to the request, discuss the proposed project and maintain relevant correspondence. Newsletter email addresses record a request for updates. On this website, both forms save records in WordPress; they do not automatically send email, schedule appointments or transmit registrations to an external newsletter provider.

Information may also be used to prevent misuse, maintain website security and meet obligations that apply to the relevant records. We do not treat a project enquiry as permission to add the sender to a separate marketing list.

4. Project Enquiries and Communications

When you submit a project enquiry, an administrator can review the saved details and arrange a response through the contact information you provide. A form success message confirms that the record was saved, not that it has been read or that a quotation, booking or project commitment has been accepted.

If you do not want further communication, you can ask us to stop contacting you, except where communication is required for an active project, transaction, legal obligation, or support request.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as authenticated administrator sessions. Linked communication platforms and any embedded third-party content may have their own cookie and privacy practices. No optional advertising or analytics service is described as active merely because a WordPress plugin offers that feature. Review this section before enabling additional tracking or embeds.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features or performance.

6. Analytics and Third-Party Services

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other external resources take you to services operated by their respective providers. When an external resource is loaded, its provider may receive connection information such as your IP address. Review the provider’s own notice before using that service. The enquiry and newsletter handlers currently store their records in the website database rather than forwarding them to an external form or marketing platform.

We do not control third-party websites or platforms linked from this website, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices separately.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted employees, consultants, vendors, contractors, installation partners, logistics providers, IT service providers, or professional advisers where necessary to respond to enquiries, deliver services, maintain records, or operate the business.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, regulatory request, dispute process, or to protect our rights, users, clients, business, or property.

8. Data Retention

Our default retention policy for ordinary website enquiries is 12 months from the date of submission. At that point the administrator should delete or anonymise records that are no longer needed. Records connected with an active project, an applicable legal obligation or a dispute may need a different retention period; any exception should be documented and reviewed rather than treating this default as permission to retain every record indefinitely.

Newsletter registrations are retained until the person asks to unsubscribe or have the registration removed, or until the list is discontinued. Retention and removal are managed manually by the site administrator; this website does not automatically erase records after 12 months. Separately retained backups must also be considered when carrying out a request, and removal from the live dashboard does not itself erase an existing backup.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless necessary for a project or requested through an appropriate channel.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.

To request access, correction, deletion or newsletter removal, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” or “Unsubscribe”. Identify the email address used in the original submission and explain the request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to your records. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business, professional, and general audience use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

12. International Users

This website is hosted through GoDaddy. The enquiry and newsletter forms store submitted records in the website’s WordPress database for authorised administrator review. The hosting provider processes the website files, database and server logs as part of operating the service. The operator must review the processing arrangements when changing hosting or adding services that receive personal information.

Do not assume that data is transferred internationally merely because this notice mentions third-party links. The actual hosting, recipients and processing locations must be checked for the deployed website, and any applicable transfer requirements must be addressed for that configuration.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

14. Contact

For privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests or newsletter removal, contact Enzo Stretch Ceiling LLC at [email protected]. You can also use the company telephone number +971 4 388 8438 to ask about the appropriate contact channel. Please identify the original submission email address so the relevant records can be located.
